Hiking the Mare e Mare in Corsica - absolutely ama Hiking the Mare e Mare in Corsica - absolutely amazing few days. We did this using a self guided walking company… so our bags and clean clothes would be waiting for us each day. I loved the accommodations we stayed in, as everyone was so friendly. But mostly, I loved the views!

This weeks recipe from my grandmothers stack of re This weeks recipe from my grandmothers stack of recipe cards is Baked Red Mullet. I had never eaten mullet before… except when she cooked me this meal, but I didn’t know what it was then (I wish I asked more questions). I quite liked it, it was a meaty fish but with a great flake. Her recipe said to peel the tomatoes… I did not do that, because who can be bothered. I also added some chilli. And I served it with beans and potatoes, just like she would have.
